Lost Documents

Air New Zealand will always try to issue a replacement document for travellers who lose documents which were issued on Air New Zealand paper. (See Conditions of Carriage – Article 3).

Before that, we need evidence of the lost document's details and issue, and the approval of the issuing office.

When we issue a replacement document, an Indemnity form is raised. This Indemnity is called a LTI (Lost Ticket Indemnity). A service charge of NZD 50.00 / GBP25.00 will be applied to issue tickets against LTI details.
