Name Changes

When you make a booking, please ensure you are entering the correct last and first names.  We suggest you check your customer's passport to verify these details, because the airline ticket needs to reflect exactly the same name as shown on the passport. In these times of heightened security there is no allowance for any deviation from passport to booking name, even one letter. Never change a name field in your GDS as this can cause problems at check-in and we will often not see the issue until the booking passes to our check-in system and coudl result in a cancellation message. If any names have been misspelled, a new booking may have to be made.

Before ticket issue

If 3 or less characters Free of Charge

If more than 3 characters GBP50.00

After Ticketing

If 3 or less characters GBP50.00

If more than 3 characters no change allowed.
