Restriction on Use of Material
This site is owned and operated by Air New Zealand Limited (hereinafter "Air NZ"). No material from this site may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of Air NZ, except that you may download one copy of the material on a single computer for your own personal, domestic use only, provided you keep intact all accompanying copyright and other proprietary notices. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Air NZ site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. Air NZ will terminate this agreement immediately without notice if in Air NZ's sole discretion you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions . Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Air NZ sites(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permissible and subject and pursuant to applicable law, Air New Zealand Disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except by an agreement in writing signed by Air NZ.
Conditions of Carriage and Contract
The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air will be subject to the conditions of contract and the conditions of carriage of the carriers concerned which (in the case of Air New Zealand and its subsidiaries) may be seen by selecting Conditions of Contract or Conditions of Carriage as applicable. If your flight is to be operated by another carrier please contact that carrier for details of their Conditions of Carriage. Other services and products described in this web site will also be subject to terms and conditions, details of which, if not expressly provided in this publication, may be obtained from Air New Zealand or other service provider (as applicable).
