Air New Zealand is committed to ensuring our customers have an amazing journey with us. Our team is dedicated to reaching a goal of zero complaints across our business. When things do go wrong, we want to acknowledge it, and then come up with a solution that we can put into place quickly so that it doesn't go wrong again.

Since the introduction of our International Inflight Concierge we have seen a 20% reduction in the number of customer's complaints on flights they are working. This is a fantastic result but we want to bring this down to ZERO right throughout Air New Zealand.
