A world first. Air New Zealand is proud to offer a personalised Inflight Concierge service that is as unique as the country we call home.

The Inflight Concierges' mission is to ensure your travel needs are met prior to boarding, during your flight and upon arrival in your destination.

Trained to offer practical assistance, they can provide advice on all of the following:

  • Itinerary planning
  • Accommodation recommendations
  • Airline processes and travel arrangements
  • Local recommendations (restaurants, shopping, sights, etc.)

Our Inflight Concierge service is available on our international flights* throughout our Pacific Economy, Pacific Premium Economy and Business Premier cabins.

* Now available on selected routes including San Francisco - Auckland, Vancouver - Auckland and London - Los Angeles and vice versa.
