The main thing we offer is not something you can touch, taste or sit on. It's our Kiwi attitude.

Of course any airline is going to say that they're a bunch of really nice people. It's just in our case it seems to be true. Or so they keep telling us.

If you've ever flown with us, you've noticed the friendliness of our crew. How helpful and professional they are, without losing that laid-back, down-to-earth Kiwi touch.

Not all of them are actually Kiwi, of course. But we make sure we recruit people who have that attitude and explain to them how important it is for us.
