Seating requests

To save you getting in touch with our Air New Zealand Contact Centre, simply use your own CRS to request seats for your customers on all confirmed international /Domestic flights Air New Zealand flights up to 48 hours before departure. This can be done the moment you can book the flights in the system.

Please note, if you do telephone our Contact Centre for a seat request, you will be asked to book them in your CRS.

Once tickets have been issued you can also book seats via our website www.airnewzealand.co.uk,  go to select seats and type in the NZ locater and passengers surname. You can only book seats online once tickets have been issued , up to 48hours prior.

In most cases, passengers seating preferences are fulfilled. However, airports are occasionally obliged to alter a passenger's seat allocation to accommodate operational requirements prior to the flight departure, so there is no absolute guarantee that seating preferences will be met.

All Air New Zealand services are non-smoking.
